Can I participate in your Kayak & Snorkel Tours if I have no experience?

Yes, our guides will help you every step of the way if needed. There is also a land lesson before the tour where you will learn the proper way to paddle and how to exit and enter the kayak from the water.

Can I participate in your Kayak & Snorkel Tours if I don't know how to swim?

Yes, we provide life vest for every guest so all you have to do is float. If you are a non-swimmer or not as comfortable on the water, please let your guide know beforehand so we can ensure the best experience possible.

Dose the tour offer food and water?

Yes, we will provide fresh pineapple and filtered water.

What is the minimum age for your Kayak & Snorkel Tours?

We require a minimum age of 4 years old.

Where do I leave my personal belongings?

We will provide you with a dry box and dry bag for your cell phones, car keys, and wallet that will be on your kayak with you.

What clothing should I wear?

We recommend a swimsuit or whatever your normal beach attire is. You will be getting wet please leave all towels and change of clothes in your car as they will get wet if you bring them on the kayak.

Should I bring my camera?

Although you are more than welcome to bring a camera or phone in a waterproof pouch. Your guide will be taking picture the whole day both above and below the water and those pictures will be emailed to you within hours of your tour. We would rather you just enjoy your experience and let us take care of the memories.

Will our Kayak & Snorkel Tours be canceled due to weather?

It is possible for weather to affect our tours. Typically, we do not cancel because of rain but we will cancel due to strong winds or large swell. Safety is our number one priority so if your guide doesn't feel the conditions are safe the tour will be canceled.

What happens if tour is cancelled because of weather?

If for some reason your guide feels it is unsafe and your tour gets canceled, we will do our best to reschedule you and if we can't fit you in on a day that works for you, you will be given a full refund.

Will we see turtles on our Kayak & Snorkel Tours?

Yes, we see turtles pretty much every tour and there are certain reefs where turtles hang out more. So if turtles is a big priority please inform your guide so they can make sure and take you to those reefs.

What if a medical emergency happens on the water?

Our guides are all Lifeguard, CPR and first aid trained so you are in good hands. However, if you have a medical condition, please let your guide know so that we can take the proper steps to ensure a great experience.

What if I need to cancel my booked tour?

You will be offered a full refund as long as you cancel within the 72-hour cancellation policy.  Our cancellation policy is firm, and we will not issue a refund after the 72-hour period.

Do you provide all equipment?

Yes, we will provide everything you need for kayaking and snorkeling. You are allowed to bring your own snorkel gear if you have used it before and it is comfortable for you.

Are full face masks allowed?

No, we do not allow full face mask on our tours. If you show up with a full-face mask, we will lock it up for you and provide you with our snorkel gear.

Do I have to pay for the tour in advance?

Yes, we require that the full payment be made before the day of the tour.

Is gratuity included?

No, Gratuity is not included in the cost of the tour, we recommend that you bring cash for your guide. 20% of the cost of the tour is customary.  

What do I need to bring?

Less is defiantly more on the kayak, we do recommend you bring a towel and change of clothes for after however, please leave them in your car as you will not need them on the kayak.

Are there nearby restrooms?

Unfortunately, there are no restrooms at the beach.
