Once we've enjoyed a scenic paddle along the beautiful Maui shoreline, we'll head into the water to explore a local "turtle cleaning station." You'll be immersed in the natural habitat of the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle (Honu), watching nature's peaceful interaction firsthand as the turtles visit the reef to be cleaned by local fish.

While Turtle Town is one of Maui's most iconic destinations, I like to do things a little differently. Instead of fighting the crowds at the main moorings, we use our mobility to time our arrival perfectly between the large "Cattle-Marans." By launching directly into the heart of the area and navigating the volcanic reefs at just the right moment, we maximize your time in the water and give you the best chance to witness the turtles in a quiet, undisturbed setting. It's all about finding those windows of peace in one of the most beautiful sanctuaries on the coast.
